Refund Policy

Fiber Wrap only offers refunds except for bulk orders (custom conditions that were agreed upon by both parties before purchase will be applied for bulk orders).

We offer a 60-day refund policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet these conditions:

1. Proof of Purchase
Customer must provide an invoice, order number or transaction proof as proof of purchase.

2. Proof of Defect
To request a refund, customers must provide an image as proof that the product is defective. This image should clearly show the issue with the product (bad adhesion, wrong dimensions, damaged wrap, etc...)

3. Customer Misuse
Refunds will not be granted if the product is damaged due to customer error. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to follow the provided instructions or misuse of the product (burning product with a blowtorch, dipping product in acids, adding glues or other chemicals, (NOTE: all types of paint, vehicle/power tool lubricants, household lubricants, non-industrial laundry detergent and wear from human body oils/sweat are excluded and will be granted a refund if the request meets all other 3 conditions) etc...)

4. Refund Request Period
All refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Delivery or Damaged Delivery
Customers can also request a refund if the product was not delivered (only conditions 1. and 4. apply for not delivered products) or was delivered in a broken condition (only conditions 1., 2. and 4. apply for delivered broken product.).

Damages and Issues With Your Product
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Third-Party Shipping and Final Sales
It is important to note that all products are shipped by a third-party logistics provider. As such, sales are considered final, and Fiber Wrap reserves the right to reject return requests for any reason. While we strive to provide the best possible customer experience, we cannot guarantee that refund request will be accepted if you do not meet all 4 refund conditions.

Replacement Option
In the case of a defective product, customers have the option to receive a replacement with the same quantity as originally ordered and paid for, instead of a refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not (all 4 conditions must be met). When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or bank account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
